Leigh Anne Dees
While I was not fortunate to be a writer in a full-time career, my career path has always included writing - whether teaching or utilizing it daily. I love writing. It's ever-changing and ever evolving. It's one of the most influential forms of communication, and during our lifetimes, we're blessed to see how this nonverbal and verbal correspondence changes with each generation. Recently I had the privilege of being the keynote speaker for the Character Counts Joe Kordick Awards Ceremony. I work at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Martin County as the Project Manager. Because of this opportunity, I'm able to assist and help with projects that will influence the next generation, including the arts.
