I first picked up a camera in San Juan Bautista, California when I was 17. Soon after, I started photographing friends and family until, when my first child was born, I began to be paid to photograph families. Starting in the summer of 2016, I began photographing food and restaurants. I have worked as a freelance writer and photographer for The Palm Beach Post and Eater Miami. I also work with textiles.
