I was born in mainland China. When I was 5 years old I moved to Hong Kong. While in primary school I loved my art class. When 30 years old I immigrated to the U.S. with my son.
As a single mother, most of time was spent working and caring for my son.
When I retired I moved from New York to Florida. My friends suggested I find a hobby. One of my friends is an oil painter and I decided to try painting.
I found that I love it and seemed to have a natural ability which I did not know l had. Being able to grow as an artist has made me happy. I am grateful to the support and encouragement of my friends who guided me to this path.
