The Barn Theatre's Summer Musical – Seussical, The Musical, July 11 – July 28
The Barn Theatre kicks off its 54th Season with a wonderful musical comedy experience for the whole family, Seussical, The Musical, which is based on the many children's stories of Dr. Seuss. The Cat in the Hat tells the story of Horton, an elephant who discovers a speck of dust that contains the Who's, including an abandoned egg and JoJo, a Who child sent off to military school for thinking too many “thinks.” He faces many challenges protecting the Who's from a world of naysayers and dangers. But, ultimately, the powers of friendship, loyalty, family and community are challenged and emerge triumphant.
